Coffeyville, KS 2007 Flood Aftermath

On the way to a Van Halen concert in Kansas City, KS, a friend and I noticed all the buildings in a certain section of Coffeyville were marked for demolition or undergoing renovation by guys in hazmat suits. We researched it later and found that it had flooded and that the refinery in town had leaked oil into the floodwaters.
