Non-wordless UPDATE:
TODAY is International Talk Like a Pirate Day. If you can’t do so openly, then I challenge you to slip pirate talk into a conversation somehow. (example: when frustrated, just say, “Arg.”) That’s less obvious than, “Fix my computer now or you’ll walk the plank.”

Very amusing, on so many levels.
Thanks for sharing.
Can I have some war-mongering with that?
Is that code for “White Meat Only”?
Nice click gag, too.
Good to know the place is fair and balanced :D
New folks, CatSynth, meeyauw, and Angela - Thanks for dropping by. While I’m sure there could be a second meaning, you’re probably close to the truth.
MG - Oh, my. I didn’t go in there, but that could be. Come to think of it, though, although Tulsa had a big race riot in 1921, wherein 35 city blocks were destroyed by fire, I’m pretty sure that at a wings restaurant in that part of town, there’s a good mix of folks. At the Buffalo Wild Wings way over on the east side? ‘Nother story altogether.
Oh, I didn’t mention yet that I shot this pic in Tulsa?
an interesting name chocie.
Depending on where it is, the name could either help or hurt business.
Funny Matey! Is shiver me timbers a pirate phrase?
hahhaha…good one. Happy WW
Mine is up at The Four Seasons Of My Life . Hope u can visit me.
I knew “Talk like a pirate ” Day was coming and planned to participate to the full extent of the law. And then I promptly forgot about it. Until now. Bloody hell.
Shiver Me Timbers….or Ello Poppet!
:)
Sorry, had to do it!
So many political jokes, so little time.
“Bigger portion” made me chuckle appreciatively. As opposed to condescendingly.
Yep, I knew it was TLAPD yesterday… and did it a lot.. *LOL*
I wonder if this place was in business when the “Rush” room was popular? Where is the place anyway?
The slogan around the chicken seems to contradict what most think of the “Conservative Right”–”Have a Fling With Wings.” A fling? With wings? Oooooo.
I wonder. Do they only serve the “right wings” of the chicken and discard the left, or they simply take a “parts is parts” attitude? Ha Ha
